They manage the firm with the guidance and counsel of a select Leadership Team, dedicated to the individual departments and disciplines that make EMH&T an award winning top design firm.

President – Nelson
E. Kohman, PE As President of EMH&T, Nelson is responsible for client relationships, quality control, and regulatory compliance in the operation of the firm. Nelson has a strong background in municipal engineering and consulting and oversees all aspects of our Public Works Department. |

Managing Partner – Gregory
B. Comfort, PE As Managing Partner of EMH&T, Greg directs design and project management of site civil engineering for residential projects (both single and multi-family) as well as all types of commercial projects including retail, office and warehouse, mixed use, small scale and institutional. |

Vice President – Craig A. Bohning, PE Craig directs the design of site civil engineering for single-family and multi-family residential, institutional and office developments. |

Vice President – Jeffrey
A. Miller, PS Jeff directs the activities of more than 20 survey crews and 12 Professional Surveyors involved in all aspects of municipal and transportation surveys, boundary surveys, ALTA/ACSM, wetland, and topographic surveys, construction staking, as well as subdivision platting. |

Vice President – Douglas
E. Romer, PE Doug leads the commercial development efforts for the firm. His reach extends over a multitude of project types which include retail developments such as big box, strip and lifestyle centers, as well as office, warehouse and site revitalization projects. |

Vice President – Jeffrey
Adam Strung, RLA, ASLA Jeff supervises the land planning and landscape architecture departments of the firm. He directs and conducts the conceptual and schematic planning of residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments in preparation of comprehensive plans, land use master plans, and zoning documents for local communities. |

Denniston, PE David lends his extensive background in site utility design to the Public Works Department, providing oversight of public projects in both water distribution and wastewater collection areas. |
