Obetz Junction Center Area Masterplan/Land Use Plan
Obetz, OhioEMH&T was retained to study a 103-acre parcel of property in northeast Obetz. Adjacent to rail lines and existing industrial and residential uses; Obetz wanted the development of a master plan to evaluate future expansion concerns as well as the improvement of the existing properties. The plan was generated through a charette process with both EMH&T and Obetz staff. Through discussion, a plan was agreed upon that proposed site-specific design elements, conceptual design, future land use, future development areas and the provision of amenities such as pedestrian connectivity and open space to the central historic neighborhood.
