EMH&T provides Construction Management and Inspection services for projects which span the spectrum from commercial development to public improvements to municipal engineering. We provide Professional Construction Inspection under the direction of a Professional Engineer per Ohio Revised Code Sec. 4733.17. Our Inspectors are full time, year-round employees. EMH&T has 40 years of experience in the management of public and private CIP projects with our inspectors averaging more than 19 years of experience each. Our services include the following:
