The theme for 2026 is “Transform Your Future,” which is a powerful reminder that engineering doesn’t just shape our world—it shapes our opportunities, our communities, and the futures we can imagine for ourselves and generations to come. Not only is the work we do here at EMH&T transformational, but we are fortunate to work on some of the most interesting and notable projects in Central Ohio, across the nation, and internationally. This week we celebrate our team and the important work they do each day with a keen eye to the future.
