It’s World Landscape Architecture Month! At EMH&T our team of landscape architects play a pivotal role creating enriched communities through environmentally responsible planning and design of neighborhoods.

One example is Epcon Communities’ The Courtyards at Clear Creek. The EMH&T landscape architecture professionals performed zoning entitlement, land planning and landscape architecture services to create a welcoming, engaging, and harmonious residential community beginning at the neighborhood’s entry with walking paths, fencing, custom designed signage, landscaping and deer sculptures which continue throughout the neighborhood open spaces.
