It’s World Landscape Architecture Month!

At EMH&T our team of landscape architects and planners play a pivotal role creating enriched communities through environmentally responsible planning and design of urban spaces.
One example is the Millersport Visioning Plan. Our team of Landscape Architects and Planners provided urban design services to a portion of Lancaster Street and Canal Drive in Millersport, Ohio. The reimagined streetscape began with community input to embrace the local small business community and residences, while also enhancing access to the canal and Buckeye Lake. Anticipated streetscape enhancements call for the improvements to the public realm including the canal waterway, boat docks, vehicular traffic patterns, and pedestrian safety and accessibility. Improvements to lighting, fencing, pavement, crosswalks and plantings add a layer beautification.
