ROADWAY ENGINEER STUDENT INTERNSHIP

EMH&T is seeking a Civil Engineering student to join our Roadway team for a paid summer 2025 internships in Columbus, Ohio.

EMH&T’s goal for your summer internship is to provide you with an opportunity to apply classroom knowledge to real-world scenarios. We look for opportunities to provide resources, feedback and coaching to allow each individual to develop professionally in an environment where you can learn from talented professionals.

Our Transportation Partnership roadway team’s projects include design for roadway, streets, roundabouts, sidewalks, streetscape improvements, shared-use paths, and bikepaths. Opportunities for learning may include geometric design, typical section development, drainage analysis, and utility design. You will work closely with experienced engineers and professionals who will mentor and guide you on transportation-related projects.

Qualifications
  • A current college student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with an interest in roadway design.
