SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER 

EMH&T has an opportunity for an experienced and motivated Civil Engineer to join our Development II team as a Senior Project Manager located in Columbus, OH.

This position works directly with the client and is responsible for the planning and organizing of workflow, providing technical oversight of various project components, overseeing the preparation of design calculations, details and specifications, as well as plan reviews and modifications.

Our Development II engineers are involved in commercial site development design projects and work collaboratively with the project team to develop creative solutions to address client needs and solve design and construction challenges that may arise. Your projects will include the design of site and civil engineering for retail, office, commercial, industrial and mixed-use developments. Our clients include healthcare campuses, large scale office complexes and other commercial developments.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with experience in land/infrastructure development. Licensed PE in Ohio.
