CIVIL ENGINEERING STUDENT CO-OP

EMH&T is currently looking for ambitious and talented students to fill paid co-op positions this Fall on our Development II team. Development II specializes in land-site development on projects including commercial, retail, data centers, OSU campus, Ohio Health, Children’s Hospital, and many more exciting projects throughout central Ohio. As a co-op, you will collaborate with Senior Engineers, Engineers, Designers, and Technicians on project planning and designing utilizing AutoCAD civil 3D; you will assist with conducting site visits; prepare detailed drawings and specifications; analyze data and perform calculations related to project requirements; attend project meetings and contribute to discussions; and stay updated on industry standards and best practices.

A co-op with EMH&T will allow you to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment where mentorship is fostered. You will learn from some of the best Engineers, Scientists, Planners and Surveyors who will mentor you in the planning, design, execution phases of projects, gaining valuable insights into the practical applications of civil engineering principles.

Qualifications

A current college student pursuing a technical degree or bachelor’s degree, preferably in a relevant civil engineering program.

Must be authorized to work in the United States. EMH&T currently does not sponsor work visas.
